I don't work that way. Every price on this page is what you'll pay. If something unexpected comes up, I call and talk to you before doing additional work.

PC Tune-Up & Security Audit: $99 flat

I clean out the junk, check for malware, optimize startup, and give you a written report of what I found. Usually takes 1-2 hours.

Virus, Malware & Scam Removal: $149 starting

Got a scary popup, ransomware, or weird behavior? I clean it out and lock things down so it doesn't come back. If a scammer got your info, I help you figure out next steps.

Hardware Repair & Upgrades: $100/hr + parts

Screen replacement, RAM upgrade, SSD installation, broken keyboard, dead power supply. I'll tell you honestly if repair is worth it.

Data Backup & Recovery: $149-$349

Recover lost photos, documents, and files from failing or crashed drives. Also: automatic backup setup so it never happens again.

Password Manager Setup: $100/hr (usually 1 hour)

One master password replaces 20+ passwords. Works on your computer and phone.

New Computer Setup: $100/hr (usually 1-2 hours)

Data transfer from old computer, software installation, security configuration, everything set up and working.

Business Pricing

Hourly IT Support: $100/hr

One rate whether it's on-site or remote. Network issues, computer repair, software troubleshooting, server problems.

Business Tech Health Check: $100 flat

I review your computers, network, security, and backups. You get a written report with prioritized recommendations.

New Employee Setup: $100/hr (usually 1-2 hours)

Workstation setup, email configuration, software installs, security baseline.

Network & Server Repair: $100/hr

WiFi dead zones, router configuration, server troubleshooting, printer networking.

No. If you call and describe your issue, I'll give you a price range over the phone for free. If I need to see the computer first, the diagnostic is part of the repair cost — there's no separate "estimate fee."

Cash, check, credit/debit card, and I send invoices via Stripe for digital payment. Payment is due when the work is complete.

In Port Townsend city limits, no travel fee. For Jefferson County outside city limits, I may add travel time at $100/hr. I always tell you before I come.

If I determine a computer isn't worth repairing (usually because it's too old or the repair cost exceeds the value), I'll tell you honestly and help you pick a replacement. The diagnostic fee is waived in that case.

I keep my prices fair for everyone rather than having a discount system. Senior citizens and veterans get the same rate as everyone else — no markup, no discount, just honest pricing.
